Renovation & Remodeling in Ghaziabad
From minor updates to complete overhauls, Webuild breathes new life into an existing property. We renovate homes, offices and shops in Ghaziabad and Wave City, and we manage the whole job so you deal with one team.
What we renovate
A renovation can be as small as refreshing a few rooms or as large as stripping a building back and rebuilding the interior. Our team of architects, designers, civil engineers and project managers handles:
- Homes and bungalows: layout changes, new interiors, updated finishes
- Offices, including meeting rooms and workspaces
- Shops and showrooms that need a new look or a new layout
- Civil, electrical, plumbing and interior work in a single, coordinated schedule
How a renovation with Webuild runs
Our process is the same one we use on new construction, adapted to what is already standing:
- 1
First client meeting and site visit to understand what you want and what exists
- 2
Client onboarding and agreement on scope
- 3
Design, and authority approvals where the work needs them
- 4
Project execution and management on site
- 5
Interior finishing and furnishing
- 6
Site completion and handover
Before work begins you receive area-wise cost details and complete material specifications, so every rupee is accounted for.
How long will it take?
As a guide, a renovation takes about 3 to 4 months. The exact time depends on size and scope: repainting and replacing fittings is quick, while opening up walls, moving services and re-laying floors is not. A new home, by comparison, takes 6 to 8 months, so renovating is usually the faster route when the structure is sound.
Two decisions shape the schedule more than anything else: whether you will stay in the property during the work, and whether any structural change is involved. Tell us both at the first meeting. Structural changes may need approval from your township or authority, and we plan for that up front.
Planning your renovation: what to decide first
The smoothest renovations are the ones where a few decisions are made before the first wall is touched. We walk through these with you at the site visit:
- Scope: which rooms or floors are included, and what is left as it is
- Budget: a comfortable total, so we can recommend finishes that fit it
- Occupancy: whether you will stay in the property, which changes how we phase the work
- Structure: whether any wall, slab or opening is changing, and what approval that needs
- Timeline: any fixed date, such as a festival, a move-in or a business reopening
With those answered, we can give you a realistic programme and area-wise costs rather than a vague estimate.
Why renovate with an architect and builder together
Renovation is harder to price than new construction because you only discover some conditions once the work opens up. Having the designer, civil engineers and project managers in one team means a surprise on site is solved by people who already know your drawings, your budget and your priorities. It also keeps you from coordinating separate vendors, contractors and designers yourself, and every service is checked against more than 100 quality points.
How payment works
Payment follows progress on site. You start with a 1% token advance, and further payments are tied to the stages of work. The balance is paid on completion, with 2% held as security for a 45-day defect liability period. You can read the full schedule in our enquiry section or ask us on WhatsApp.
Renovation at the HPDA office
We are currently renovating an office for HPDA, a project valued at about ₹85 lakh (ongoing, 2026). We have also delivered a video-conference room for the same organisation. Browse more interiors and residences in the portfolio.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a renovation take?
About 3 to 4 months as a guide. The exact time depends on size and scope.
Can I live in the house during renovation?
It depends on the scope. For light work it is often possible, while a full overhaul usually means moving out. We will tell you honestly after the site visit.
Do I need approval for renovation?
Cosmetic work generally does not. Structural changes may need approval from your township or authority, and we check this at the start.
Will I know the cost before work starts?
Yes. You receive area-wise cost details and complete material specifications before work begins.
What happens if something goes wrong after handover?
Every project has a 45-day defect liability period, and 2% of the contract value is held until it ends.
