Why design and construction under one roof works better
When the architect and the builder are separate firms, drawings often have to be reworked once real site and cost questions appear. At Webuild the same team that draws your plan also prepares the BOQ and runs the site. That means cost is visible from the first layout, material specifications are fixed before work starts, and nobody has to coordinate between separate designers, contractors and vendors on your behalf.
Start with the Map + Design Kit
Most Wave City owners begin with our Map + Design Kit, which turns your plot size into a concrete plan. We work with the plot sizes common in the township, from 135 sq yd up to 485 sq yd. The kit includes:
- Site analysis: orientation, setbacks and buildable envelope
- Two to three layout options on our base plans
- 3D renders and a short walkthrough
- A cost estimate by finish tier, with a timeline
- Map-submission support, as agreed in writing
The kit is typically priced at ₹30 to ₹50 per sq ft and is fully credited against your construction contract if you sign within 60 days. A typical sequence is a free 30-minute consultation on day 0, agreement and token payment on days 1 to 2, a site visit and measurements on days 3 to 4, and a design presentation with walkthrough on days 10 to 12. Township rules and approvals
Floors, FAR, coverage and approval requirements differ by township and by plot, and they change what you can build. We check them before we draw, not after. Final approval always rests with the competent authority, so we plan the submission with you and keep you informed at each step instead of promising dates we do not control.
Private residence, 500 sq yd: design and construction
We are currently designing and building a 500 sq yd private residence, with a contract value of about ₹2.1 crore (ongoing, 2026).
